South West Leads acts solely as an introducer. We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor, and we are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out by a contractor introduced through our service.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• Have the authority to commission the renovation project described in your enquiry.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in any form you complete on the Site.

The contractors introduced through South West Leads are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of South West Leads. We carry out reasonable vetting of contractors before listing them on our platform; however, we do not endorse any individual contractor and make no warranties as to their qualifications, licences, insurance, or workmanship.

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying that any contractor holds the appropriate licences, qualifications, and insurance for the work required.
• Agreeing the scope, price, and terms of any work directly with the contractor.
• Any contract entered into with a contractor.

Any dispute arising between you and a contractor must be resolved directly between you and that contractor. South West Leads accepts no liability for such disputes.

The appointment volume ranges displayed on the Site (for example, "10–15 appointments per month") represent typical performance figures based on current UK campaign data and are not a guarantee of results.
