That agreement sets the parties, scope, fees, advertising budget, payment timetable, duration, cancellation arrangements, ownership and licences, confidentiality, data-processing responsibilities and any agreed performance commitment. No minimum contract length, automatic renewal or cancellation fee is created merely by this website.

The 45-appointment offer is governed by the published Guarantee Terms and the campaign schedule accepted before purchase. Significant conditions include agreed qualification criteria, advertising budget, cooperation and recorded follow-up. The refund covers the specified agency fees, excluding media spend and separately agreed third-party costs.

3. Strategy calls and third-party booking

A strategy call is free. Bookings are arranged through Calendly, which opens as a separate service and has its own terms and privacy information. Please give accurate business contact details and reschedule or cancel through the booking confirmation if you cannot attend. A consultation is not a promise to accept your business or a guarantee of sales or profit.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse, link to and use this website for lawful business information. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person or use the site to send unlawful or abusive material. We may take proportionate steps to protect the site against misuse.

The South West Leads brand and website content are owned by, or used under licence by, their respective rights holders. Rights to work created for a paying client are dealt with in that client’s service agreement.

We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. Links to Calendly and other external resources are supplied for convenience; the external operator is responsible for its service.
